Antony Cox

Managing Director

Antony began his working life as a technician developing prototypes for electronic R&D systems giving him first-hand insight into the sharp end of STEM. In a change of career in 1987, Antony moved into recruitment and worked as a consultant for almost 10 years before establishing ProTech.

Now, with over 30 years’ experience in specialist STEM recruitment Antony continues to guide ProTech’s progress, taking pride in the quality and depth of relationships he’s established with both clients and candidates.

Ismail Mansoor

Director

Ismail began his recruitment career in 1997 and has worked in a wide variety of sectors including Engineering, Aerospace, Defence, Utilities, Automotive, Construction, Mechanical and General Engineering. 

 

Ismail now heads up a team supplying contract and permanent personnel into a range of manufacturing and production roles in the STEM, Defence, Aerospace and General Engineering sectors, as well as undertaking his duties as a Director of ProTech.

Roman Motyczak

Director

Roman’s first degree was in Mechanical Engineering, after which he qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG. These skills, combined with almost 25 years’ experience in the business development side of the recruitment industry, gave Roman the depth of knowledge and practical skills to strategically develop ProTech into the success it is today.

 

Renowned for his personal touch, Roman enjoys the challenges of mentoring and personal coaching, and takes pride in his motivational skills.

Samantha Morgan

Director

Samantha’s background is in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices sectors and she has over 10 years’ recruitment and business development experience to complement her wide range of skills. 

 

She now specialises in leading a team that supplies talent to the Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Laboratory and Manufacturing sectors for Contingent, Contract and Executive candidates.
