Chrishan Luchmaya-Casey

​Chrishan joined our Life Sciences team in August 2025 as a Recruitment Consultant, bringing over five years of experience across multiple sectors, including time as an internal recruiter. With a passion for sales, a competitive drive, and ambitious goals he is focused on building a successful career with us and growing his own team in the future.

Before moving into recruitment Chrishan was on track for a career in professional football, having spent six years with the Arsenal Academy. A serious injury just before a U.S. scholarship opportunity led him to rethink his path, ultimately steering him towards recruitment.

Away from work, Chrishan remains a dedicated sportsman. He plays football semi-professionally for Pitstone, enjoys local cricket and makes the trip to Old Trafford whenever he can to support his beloved Manchester United.
