Julian Allan

​Julian joined us in April 2025 as Senior Recruitment Consultant. He brings with him a wealth of experience gained in his 8 years in the business. He is really looking forward to working with current and prospective Engineering companies and building successful partnerships . Finding the right role for candidates is something he is passionate about and gets a great sense of satisfaction when he successfully places someone in their perfect job.

Julian has supported Luton Town Football Club all of his life and goes to as many home and away games as he can with his two grown up sons.

Outside of work and football he enjoys walking, swimming and sun worshipping on holiday.
