Julie Dean

​Julie joined ProTech in 2024 and very quickly made a significant impact across the business. Bringing with her 28 years of experience from a top three accountancy firm, she offers a wealth of knowledge and a highly organised, proactive approach.

Julie plays a central role in keeping the business running smoothly, with a varied remit spanning HR, facilities, marketing and internal processes. From developing policies and improving ways of working to supporting the wider team day-to-day, she is instrumental in ensuring everything behind the scenes operates effectively.

Known for her reliability and “can-do” attitude, Julie is a go-to person within the team and a key support to the leadership function.

Outside of work, Julie has a busy family life with three sons and two stepdaughters. She enjoys travelling, going to the gym and trips to the cinema. When it comes to football, she is (somewhat reluctantly) a supporter of both Manchester United and Luton Town, thanks to her family.
