Mia Gandolfo

​Mia joins the team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant bringing with her over six years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment as a Senior Front of House Waitress. Throughout her time in hospitality she developed strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to build genuine connections with people, qualities that translate seamlessly into her role in recruitment.

Alongside her hospitality career Mia has been a dedicated Dance Instructor for the past three and a half years. This experience reflects her energy, discipline and passion for helping others grow and succeed.

Outside of work Mia loves making the most of her free time by enjoying a mix of fun, social and relaxing activities. She enjoys sunny holidays and exploring new places, as well as treating herself to dinners out and shopping trips with friends. Dancing has always been a huge part of her life.  She’s been dancing since the age of three so it remains a real passion of hers. She also loves spending time with her football-crazy family, especially when they get the chance to watch Arsenal play together.

Mia’s background gives her a natural ability to understand people, work collaboratively and deliver a high level of service, making her a valuable addition to the team as she begins her journey in recruitment.
