Molly Brooks

Molly joined ProTech in April 2025 and has quickly established herself as a key member of the team. She is passionate about recruitment and takes real pride in helping candidates secure opportunities that genuinely align with their goals.

Known for her energy and relationship led approach, Molly builds strong partnerships with her clients, delivering a high quality, responsive service and consistently striving to exceed expectations. Her drive and enthusiasm have seen her develop quickly, taking on additional responsibility within the team and playing a key role in supporting delivery and performance.

Molly’s competitive nature extends beyond recruitment. A lifelong footballer, she played from the age of four and was signed to the Wycombe Wanderers Women first team at just 15. She remains a dedicated supporter of West Ham United and attends as many games as she can.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys keeping active, whether that’s working out or unwinding at the spa. She also loves going out for dinner and, whenever possible, heading off on holiday.
