Roman Motyczak

Roman brings a unique blend of technical, financial and commercial expertise to ProTech. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and qualification as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, he combines analytical thinking with a highly practical, solutions-focused approach.

With almost 25 years’ experience in the business development side of recruitment, Roman has played a key role in shaping ProTech’s growth and success. While no longer involved in the day-to-day running of the business, he continues to provide strategic input at board level, where his ability to spot opportunities, challenge thinking and bring fresh ideas makes a real impact.

Known for his hands-on mindset, Roman has always been willing to roll his sleeves up when needed, whether that’s contributing at board level or, at times, quite literally getting stuck in behind the scenes.

He is also passionate about mentoring and developing others, taking real pride in supporting people to grow and progress in their careers.
