Roman’s first degree was in Mechanical Engineering, after which he qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG. These skills, combined with almost 25 years’ experience in the business development side of the recruitment industry gave Roman the depth of knowledge and practical skills to strategically develop ProTech into the success it is today.

Renowned for his personal touch, Roman enjoys the challenges of mentoring and personal coaching and takes particular pride in employee development and progression.
