Samantha Morgan

As Managing Director of ProTech Recruitment, Sam leads the continued growth and evolution of the business across the UK, with a clear focus on quality, long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Since joining ProTech in 2016, Sam has built her career from the ground up, initially specialising in contract recruitment across Aerospace and Defence. She later moved exclusively into Life Sciences, where she developed a particular passion for diagnostics and supporting innovative start-up businesses. Her success in this space saw her progress into leadership and, ultimately, into her role as Managing Director.

Sam is known for her relationship-led approach and her commitment to raising standards within recruitment, championing a “quality over quantity” mindset and ensuring both clients and candidates receive a thoughtful, tailored experience.

Outside of work, Sam is rarely still. She’s always planning her next trip or chasing the sunshine wherever she can find it. She enjoys a nice glass of wine, a bit of retail therapy, and most importantly, spending time with her children (who, despite being grown up, still keep her on her toes). While she’s technically a Spurs supporter, that’s largely down to her husband and she’ll happily support from afar.
