Carmine Bianco delivers Employee Ownership Update

Absolutely fantastic to have our Independent Employee Trust Director Carmine Bianco in the office yesterday to give a further update to the team on ProTech's progress to freedom day - the day in which ProTech has paid it's debt to the founders and is owned entirely by the employees in the form of a trust! 

It was a really informative session and everyone went away feeling like they were valued and a part of the process. 

Being employee owned means that everyone who works for ProTech has an even bigger stake in the company performing well and on helping and assisting each other to reach their full potential as we will all reap in the rewards.

We are so excited about the direction of ProTech and being a part of it!
