Job Role: Assembly Operative - Nights

Location: South London

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months initially - possible to be extended

Salary: Depending on Experience

Summary
This position supports day-to-day operations within a production and assembly environment. The role involves a hands-on approach across multiple stages of the assembly process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency. Tasks may include manual assembly, component preparation, fastening, finishing, and product identification.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from technical diagrams and assembly instructions

• Follow structured workflows and documented procedures

• Understand component lists and material requirements

• Operate tools and equipment to support assembly activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (approximately 2+ years preferred)

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Basic understanding of workplace safety and environmental practices
