Job Title: Demand Planner

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Location: Dorking, Surrey

This is a great opportunity for an immediate start for a Demand Planner to join a scientific company that produce laboratory equipment within the Life Science sector.

As the Demand Planner you will be responsible for scheduling orders, demand planning and forecasting. You will work very closely with sales, purchasing and operations teams and therefore will hold strong communication skills.

Due to the nature of the business and the items that they supply this is an extremely busy booking and shipping environment and you will be required to supply stock to customers within 24 hours.

Ideally you will be used to working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Demand Planner Requirements:

* It is a minimum requirement that you have at least 12 months experience in demand planning/production planning experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience of demand planning, forecasting, data analytics and report creation
* Good understanding of Oracle (or similar) MRP based planning system
* Microsoft Excel proficient
