Electronics Technician

Join our dynamic team as an Electronics Technician, where your expertise will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of electrical testing, maintenance and measurement products.

As a key contributor to the production process, your primary responsibilities will encompass testing, calibrating, and repairing instrument assemblies to ensure the highest standards of quality in cutting-edge electrical testing equipment.

Electronics Technician Responsibilities:

  • Perform tests using specified test specifications.
  • Identify faults to the component level using appropriate test equipment.
  • Carry out repairs to the required standard (IPC)
  • Conduct cycle counting
  • Fault find PCBs and instruments from engineering drawings/circuit diagrams
  • Test, fault-find and repair instruments and PCBs
  • Provide quality data to allow for improvements

Electronics Technician Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within the electronics industry
  • HNC in electronics, preferred but not essential
  • HNC in electrical industry, preferred but not essential
  • Ability to use a PC
  • Ability to record and use data
  • Be flexible to support other
  • Good communication skills
  • Contribute to improvement activities
