Supply Chain Administrator

Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator

Salary: Negotiable + Benefits

Location: Northampton

A global leading Aerospace and Defence company, require a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team. Do you have experience in a supply chain and engineering background? You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Planning team by running daily shortage reports in SAP and placing inter-company orders. They offer 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell additional days, private medical health and an attractive pension plan.

Supply Chain Administrator Requirements:

  • Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Consistent methodical mind set
  • Experience with using MRP and ERP systems (including SAP)
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, precisely Excel
  • Ability to juggle different tasks and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels

Supply Chain Administrator Responsibilities:             

  • The Supply Chain Administrator will place inter-company orders
  • Responsible for the running and creation of daily shortage reports in SAP
  • You will manage continuous inventory analysis for all store locations
  • The Supply Chain Administrator will provide recommendations on process improvements
  • You will monitor and control all min-max and line side stocks
  • Accountable for circulating contract reviews upon receipt of a new order
