Salary & Benefits: Up to £40,000, depending upon experience plus Benefits package

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join a leading Laboratory Technology Company.

We are recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to work within the After Sales Team to focus on the telephone customer base to sell assigned products & services. The Inside Sales Representative will meet/exceed sales quotas and activity levels for the assigned territory by keeping sales trackers and account reviews up to date. You will prospect for, qualify, quote and close new business in the assigned area. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will work in collaboration with local service & sales force on larger bundles, monitoring sales development with the key sales performance indicators that are in place.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

* Previous experience of sales
* Technical Sales would be an advantage

* Ability to organize and set priorities for all work responsibilities
* Ability to prioritize duties under extremely busy conditions
* Demonstrated excellence in communication skills in English other European language a plus
* Expected to be "customer oriented", have good communication skills and ability to collaborate with many
* Full driving license

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

* To grow all after-sales products & services of the assigned customer portfolio
* To achieve and exceed annual pricing, order and revenue targets in designated product and/or services
* Outbound and inbound call activities
* Implement and achieve proactive call schedules to increase sales growth and productivity
* Prioritise selling time to build and maintain a balanced funnel of sales prospects to generate sales
* Achieve account penetration and drive market share growth
* Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account
* Using installed base information, sales and service reports/databases, new leads and cold-calling efforts
* Maintain complete knowledge of each account's history, contacts and current and long-term purchase plans for designated products
* Track call outcomes and opportunities through designated tracking
* Act as primary salesperson for tactical sales opportunities by working directly with prospective customers
* To build value for company offerings, present proposals, contracts, spare parts & replacement parts
* Secure orders, working through both internal sales and the external customers purchase processes
* Maintain/earn customer loyalty by providing best in class customer service to all customers
* Promote customer satisfaction working with install and support organisations by providing product and application information
