A fantastic opportunity for a Systems Engineer with experience in Integrated Logistic Support to join a leading Defence manufacturing client has arisen.

As a Systems Engineer - ILS, you will be responsible for active support for projects right from the product concept through the whole lifecycle through to product retirement.

Systems Engineer - ILS Requirements:

* Strong practical knowledge of ILS activities inclusive of: LORA, FRACAS, MTA, LCC, RCM etc.
* Knowledge and experience in implementing/maintaining of environmental regulations compliance along with ESOH awareness
* Strong team worker, with high individual motivation, that can work well without supervision, and is committed to the deadlines
* Positive attitude with enthusiasm to succeed
* Qualified to a degree level or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.
* Good interpersonal and influencing skills
* Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
* Previous experience in managing and supervising the work from external partners and SMEs - in relation to ILS activities (Desired)

Systems Engineer - ILS Responsibilities:

* You will be developing high quality, high demand products sold into a highly regulated environment.
* You will lead support activities including safety, environmental compliance, reliability, maintainability and technical publications
* You will be producing ILS schedule detailing the support activities that need to be undertaken during the new product design cycle.
* You will be managing multiple projects utilising specialist subcontractors in order to deliver in a fast-moving development environment
* You will be identifying maintenance activities for the product and creating the maintenance plan documentation.
* You will be estimating tasks and executing work packages in accordance to defined scope and budget.
