Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Rate: £11.00 - £12.00 per hour (PAYE)

Duration: 3 - 6 month contract

Location: Dorking, Surrey

This is a great opportunity for an immediate start for a Customer Care Representative to join a company that produce Laboratory storage solutions within the Life Science sector.

As a Customer Care Representative you will manage customer orders according to order booking and handle customer calls. You will be responsible for reviews, enters and books orders. You will manage inquiries and investigate shipping and invoicing issues and assist where possible.

It is an essential part of the Customer Care Representative position to be an effective communicator who is able to work independently and has the ability to work within a fast paced environment.

Customer Care Representative Requirements:

* Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing or life sciences environment
* ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
* Excellent telephone manner with a good attention to detail
* German speaker would be advantageous
