End of Financial Year Awards at ProTech

Earlier this month as we entered a new financial year and our first year as an employee-owned business, we took some time to reflect on the year that had just been.

We had all of the team members vote for their 'Players player' of the business - a person that they felt had gone above and beyond over the previous 12 months.

Everyone had one vote which was tallied up in secret to give us an outright winner.

We are absolutely delighted to announce that the winner of the award (and the champagne!) was Ryan Cobb!

Fresh off announcing who our 'Players Player', we can announce who the top biller for ProTech Recruitment was for the last financial year.

Coming in at number one and retaining his title is Tom Calder! Tom is the embodiment of consistency and is massively appreciated here at ProTech for his diligent work. This shines through in his performance. His success to achieve 'top biller' is thoroughly well deserved and well earned.

Same as Ryan Cobb, he was awarded with a bottle of bubbly and is pictured with our Director Antony Cox looking delighted.

The final award given out last week as we discussed the end of the financial year was the 'Employee of the Year'.

This, quite simply, was the employee who had received the most 'Employee of the Month' awards throughout the year.

Scooping his second award, and thoroughly deserving of it, was Ryan Cobb who was named 'Employee of the Month' in no fewer than three different months over 2021/2022 which meant another crown heading his way.
