Matt rejoined us in December 2025 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, bringing over 15 years of industry knowledge and expertise. He has a genuine passion for helping people who are out of work or seeking a new opportunity, matching them with roles that align perfectly with both their skills and the client’s needs.

Matt is also deeply committed to the training and development of new staff, sharing his experience to help others grow and succeed.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find him cheering on Watford Football Club at Vicarage Road and when he’s not there, he’s likely enjoying time at soft play with his daughter.
