Pay Rate: £13.00ph PAYE

Role Overview

This role supports the daily operation of a manufacturing finishing area, focusing on coating and surface treatment activities. The position requires a proactive, detail-focused approach to ensure consistent quality, smooth workflow, and adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out coating and finishing activities in line with production requirements

• Coordinate daily workload within the finishing area to support overall assembly output

• Ensure a consistent and high-quality finish across production batches

• Identify and communicate process issues or delays to the relevant supervisor

• Monitor, manage, and replenish consumables, escalating shortages when required

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in paint spraying, coating, or finishing operations
