Salary: £26-£27,000

Our client, an expanding electronics manufacturer, is looking to recruit two Production Operatives to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and has good attention to detail.

About the Role:

The successful production operative will carry out a range of tasks, including assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and programming electronic devices. Full training will be provided, but experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

Main Duties:

• Identifying and placing electronic components onto PCBs
• Removing PCBs from panels and preparing them for coating
• Applying masking and protective caps for the wave soldering process
• Inserting components into a manual programming jig
• Adding serial number labels to devices
• Checking components for correct positioning and orientation
• Filling out process control paperwork accurately

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in electronics or production work (preferred)
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
