About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a growing team.

Key Responsibilities as a Production Operative:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment in line with company procedures
  • Assemble small components with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct basic quality checks and record results
  • Maintain a tidy workspace and follow all health & safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines

About You:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with small parts or delicate materials
  • Able to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
  • Flexible, punctual, and a team player
