Purchasing Manager, Electronics, Hemel Hempstead

An electronics business in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a hands-on, commercially sharp Purchasing Manager with strong Semiconductor, CEM or OEM experience. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead a team of four, own a large spend and drive real change across purchasing and supply chain activity.

Purchasing Manager Experience:

• Proven purchasing experience within Semiconductor / Electronics / CEM / OEM environments
• A proactive, get stuck in style, not just allocating, but owning outcomes
• Strong negotiation, supplier management and analytical skills
• Ability to influence, implement improvements and make measurable change
• Confident breaking down BOMs and explaining cost structures
• Sharp, organised, and able to drive a clear plan
