Location: Borehamwood
Salary: up to £57,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing site. The role involves maintaining and repairing production and utility equipment, supporting GMP compliance, and driving continuous improvement in a regulated setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, calibration, and setup of production/utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and methodically.
• Complete all work and documentation in line with GMP and internal standards.
• Support shift handovers and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and engineering procedures.

Skills & Experience needed for Maintenance Engineer:

• Experience in maintaining pharmaceutical or process equipment (e.g., sterile water systems, HVAC, filling lines).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, food, chemical).
• Familiarity with GMP environments and CMMS.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
