Salary: - £28,000 - £30,000

Our client is a leading electronics manufacturer in the UK and looking for a PCB Assembler to join their team

PCB Assembler Requirements:

• Expertise and experience in assembling Printed Circuit Boards to a high standard
• Solder conventional components efficiently and accurately to IPC-A-610, class 2 and 3 standards
• Experience in SMT rework
• Conduct thorough visual inspections to confirm relevant IPC-A-610 Class standard
• Check assembled circuit boards to ensure they are correctly assembled and meet established standards
• Test assembled circuit boards to ensure they are functioning correctly
• Maintain accurate records of circuit board assembly

PCB Assembler Responsibilities:

• As a PCB Assembler you will be required to work within a manufacturing environment building assemblies and working within a team to build complete assemblies
• Working from drawings and written instructions, candidates will need to be able to follow these accurately to build assemblies
• Assemblers will be required to assemble a wide variety of products for the Aerospace industry.
• As a PCB Assembler you will be required to undertake a wide variety of duties including mechanical assembly, wiring and soldering
