We're seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead a high-performing manufacturing team and ensure delivery of the production schedule through strong planning, communication, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities as a Production Manager

• Oversee day-to-day production to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to build capability and engagement.
• Collaborate with Planning, Assembly, and other functions to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, applying lean principles and KPIs to enhance performance.
• Promote a positive, solutions-focused culture based on accountability and teamwork.

About You as a Production Manager

• Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in ERP or production planning systems.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
