We are working with a well‑established manufacturing business who are looking for Quality Engineers to join their state‑of‑the‑art facility. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced production environment, focused on problem‑solving, defect prevention and continuous improvement. Experience working to ISO 13485 is a key requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer and internal quality issues
• Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC
• Drive Lean and quality improvement initiatives
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes
• Work cross‑functionally to improve product quality and KPIs
• Ensure processes and documentation comply with ISO 13485 and other relevant quality standards
• Support internal and external audits within an ISO 13485 environment

About You

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (medical devices or ISO 13485‑regulated industry advantageous)
• Strong Lean and problem‑solving background
• Confident using 8D and root cause tools
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Plastics/injection moulding or life sciences experience desirable
• Familiarity with working within ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems
