'Firstly, I would like to thank ProTech for aiding us in the search for a Sales Support Engineer. After initially trying our own methods, including paid newspaper advertising, we then opted to use ProTech. Due to the urgent business need for this person, it was critical that the process was initiated quickly to return a large selection of potential candidates.
Within days of our initial discussions, we spent an hour on the phone discussing key business areas to maximise candidate attraction, alongside certain personality & technical requirements for the role.
